Five hand gestures are cast and held within blocks of plaster, arrested mid-motion. Via headphones, distinct characters emerge: the traveller, the thief, the condemned, the fruit picker, the worker, each recounting moments of movement or forced stillness. These spoken accounts trace overlapping histories of struggle, displacement, and systemic access.
Visitors are invited to physically place their own hands into the plaster impressions. Yet only some will fit: a reminder of exclusion and the physical shapes left behind by others.
